Credit notes can be issued to buyers who wish to exchange their purchases. Please contact us for details.

Private Sellers
Artwork which is sold by a Private Seller is clearly marked on the website.
A Private Seller is responsible for their featured art including, transactions, postage, packing, after sales and viewing of the art. The Colomb Art Gallery cannot be held responsible for any disputes, damage or loss arising between customer and the Private Seller after or during the buying process.

Private Sellers must provide all information to be included with their featured art. The Colomb Art Gallery can supply you with a suggested sale price but this cannot be deemed as a thorough evaluation.

The Colomb Art Gallery cannot guarantee the sale for any featured art.

Private Seller web pages will become live after The Colomb Art Gallery receives payment and confirmation from the Private Seller that all information for each featured piece is correct.

Image Quality
Some artwork’s frames may seem to be slightly bowed or bent. This is due to the transfer of the images from wall to screen and in no way reflects the actual condition of the art piece.

Reproduction of colour online is as accurate as photographic and electronic processes will allow. The Colomb Art Gallery does not “touch up” or alter any images apart from a tight “cropping” process to transfer the image from wall to screen.
