In 2000, Stephen B Whatley was commissioned to create thirty paintings for Her Majesty’s Tower of London; all of which are permanently reproduced on the walls of the Tower Hill Walkway, that leads from Tower Hill to the Tower; and in 2004 the artist was presented to HM The Queen and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh in recognition of his work.
