Born in Zimbabwe in 1972 of Italian/English parentage, I was lucky, my childhood coincided with a pocket of peace after Independence in 1980, banking a privileged two decades of copious space and time, to indulge into my imagination and nurture my talent before leaving in 1998 for Italy. My blood is filled with the spirit of raw Africa, the strong pull of the earth and the connection to all that is, fuels my emotions and being, spilling into my artwork, making me who I am. My personal statement is to create a visual portal for global consciousness expansion.
