Edward Waites

Edward Waites was born in 1988 in Suffolk, England, where he currently resides and works. Being largely self-taught, he has chosen not to pursue more conventional art school routes.

Although young, Edward has already exhibited and sold work throughout England and Europe. His sculpture has been exhibited at venues including Art Monaco in Monte Carlo and the Animal Art Fair, London.

Edward’s work is primarily based on animals and wildlife. His aim is to capture their presence and character in his own unique style, emphasising muscle, sinew and movement. Cast into bronze and numbered in to limited editions, his work ranges from the very small to large scale pieces and commissions of any size.
